8. Stock and product availability
Stock counts on each product page update many times an hour.
We try to keep counts accurate. Once in a while a unit will sell out between when you add it to the cart and when we process the order.
If that happens, we contact you within one business day.
You can wait for restock, swap to a similar model at the same price, or cancel for a full refund. Your card is not charged until the unit ships.
Special-order units and end-of-life units take longer to confirm and may have a longer restock wait.
