Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and payment is processed. In the event of a pricing error or product unavailability, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

5. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on ProPrintMart, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price plus applicable shipping and tax charges. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it simply acknowledges that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or orders that violate our policies. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any charges already processed. Bulk orders or orders for large quantities may be subject to additional review and special terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All payment transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. ProPrintMart does not store full payment card information on our servers. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax at a rate of 8% will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. The tax amount is based on the product subtotal and will be clearly displayed in your order summary before you confirm your purchase.

8. Shipping and Delivery

ProPrintMart offers standard shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5–7 business days. Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $200 are subject to a flat shipping charge of $9.99. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to all products purchased from ProPrintMart passes to the buyer upon full payment and processing of the order. Risk of loss and responsibility for the products transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier. Once the carrier has possession of your order, any claims for damage or loss during transit must be filed with the carrier, although ProPrintMart will assist you in resolving transit damage issues as described in our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

All returns are subject to the terms and conditions of our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Products sold by ProPrintMart include the manufacturer's warranty as specified on each product listing. ProPrintMart makes no additional warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment or service beyond facilitating communication between you and the manufacturer when possible. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceeding against ProPrintMart. All claims and disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
