Purchase Policy
1. What We Sell
ProPrintMart is owned and operated by Silver Printer LLC. ProPrintMart sells brand new, factory-sealed printers and document scanners for home, office, and commercial use. Our product catalog consists exclusively of printing and scanning hardware. Every product we sell is new and comes in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
We do not sell:
- Replacement toner or ink cartridges
- Paper or other print media
- Cables, adapters, or peripherals sold separately
- Refurbished, open-box, or used equipment
2. How to Place an Order
- Browse and Select: Find your product by browsing categories or using our search function. Review product specifications, pricing, and availability on the product detail page.
- Add to Cart: Select the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart."
- Checkout: Proceed to our secure checkout, where you will enter your contact information, shipping address, and provide payment details or select Cash on Delivery.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will see an order confirmation page with your order number and a summary of your purchase.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is officially accepted when the product ships. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for any reason, with a full refund issued for any payment already processed.
3. Pricing
All prices on ProPrintMart are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax or shipping charges. Sales tax at a rate of 8% is calculated and added at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more; orders under $200 incur a flat $9.99 shipping charge. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Sale or promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period and while supplies last. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order before shipping.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Credit and Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time your order is placed. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. For your protection, the billing name and address on your payment method must match the information provided at checkout. Orders with mismatched billing information may be delayed for verification or cancelled.
4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible orders. When you select COD at checkout, no payment is collected until your order is delivered. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. COD orders are subject to the same processing and shipping timelines as prepaid orders.
5. Order Verification
To protect against fraud, we may verify orders before processing. Verification may include confirming your billing address matches the address on file with your payment provider, verifying your phone number or email address, or requesting additional identification for high-value orders. Orders that cannot be verified may be held, modified, or cancelled. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
6. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. If the unit arrives defective or damaged, you may return the item per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Volume and Bulk Orders
For orders of 5 or more units, or large fleet deployments, contact our sales team at support@proprintmart.net or use the "Get a Quote" form on our website. We offer custom volume pricing, dedicated account management, flexible delivery scheduling, and formal PDF quotes valid for 30 days. Bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability and order size.
8. Product Availability
Product availability is displayed on each product page. While we make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, stock levels may change at any time due to demand, supplier availability, or other factors. If an ordered item is out of stock or becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer the choice to wait for restocking or cancel for a full refund. We do not charge for items until they are ready to ship.
