Once you sign in, your shipping address, billing details, and saved wishlist follow you across devices, so checking out a second printer for the office or a replacement toner for home only takes a few seconds. We never sell your account data, and you can delete your profile at any time from your account settings.

Account security

Your password is stored only in your browser using modern encryption and is never transmitted to a third party. We recommend using a unique password of at least eight characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you ever forget your password, you can reset it from this page or contact our support team for help recovering access.

Sign-in questions, answered

I forgot my password. Use the password reset link on this page and we will email you a one-time code valid for fifteen minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I check out without an account? Yes. Guest checkout is available on every product page. An account simply makes future orders faster and lets you track shipments in one place.

How do I delete my account? Sign in, open Account settings, and click Delete my account. We remove your profile, addresses, and wishlist from our active database within 24 hours. Order records are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes, as required by US law.

Do you support two-factor authentication? A one-time code by email is offered on every sign-in by default. SMS and authenticator-app codes are on our roadmap for the next product release.

Why create a ProPrintMart account?

Signing in to a ProPrintMart account unlocks faster checkout, a single place to track every shipment you have ever ordered, and one-click reorder for the consumables (toner, ink, paper) that match the printers already on file. You can save multiple shipping addresses for home, office, and warehouse, manage tax-exempt status if your organisation qualifies, and download itemised PDF invoices straight from the order history. None of this requires a separate app — the same account works on every device that opens this site.

Do I need an account to buy a printer?

No. Every product on ProPrintMart can be purchased through guest checkout — you only need a delivery address, a billing address, and a card. Creating an account simply saves those details for next time and gives you a tracked order history. If you start as a guest and decide later you want the order on file, contact us with the order number and we will attach the order to a new account at no charge.

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot your password?" link below the sign-in form. Enter the email address you registered with and we will send a one-time reset link valid for 60 minutes. Reset links are single-use and expire automatically. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder for messages from noreply@proprintmart.net, then try again from the same page — the link is only sent if the email matches an existing account, so we cannot confirm or deny which addresses are registered for security reasons.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Two-factor authentication using a one-time code sent to your registered email address is enabled on every ProPrintMart account by default. Optional time-based one-time-password (TOTP) codes from any standard authenticator app can be added under Account Settings once you are signed in. We do not currently offer SMS-based codes because the security trade-offs are weaker than email and TOTP for this kind of low-frequency sign-in.

How is my account data protected?

Account credentials are stored using industry-standard one-way password hashing — no plain-text passwords are ever written to disk or transmitted in logs. All connections to ProPrintMart use TLS 1.2 or later, and order history, addresses, and tax-exempt records are stored on encrypted volumes. Card numbers are never stored on our servers; payment is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant processor and only the last four digits are kept on file for receipts. Can I order on behalf of my organisation?

Yes — ProPrintMart supports both personal accounts and business accounts, including purchase-order checkout for verified organisations, tax-exempt registration with a valid certificate on file, and consolidated invoicing across multiple shipping addresses. To set up a business account, sign in with your work email and then complete the short business-profile section under Account Settings. Volume discounts are available on quantities of five or more identical units; reach out through our contact page for a same-day quote.

What happens if I forget which email address I used?

If you have an order number from a past purchase but cannot remember the email address tied to it, send the order number through our contact page and a US-based agent will look it up and send a password-reset link to the email address on file. We never disclose the address itself in the reply for security reasons; we send the reset link directly to whatever email is registered. Most lookups are answered within one business day.

How do I close my ProPrintMart account?

Account closure is a one-click action under Account Settings once you are signed in. Closure removes your saved addresses, payment-method tokens, and account-level preferences. Order history is retained as long as the underlying tax and warranty records require — typically seven years for US tax compliance — but is no longer linked to your sign-in. If you would prefer immediate deletion of personal data subject to applicable law, send a request through the contact page and we will respond within the timelines required by the relevant privacy regulation.
