Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to return a product and receive a refund. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

Return Window

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts the day the carrier marks the package as delivered. Returns initiated after 30 days are not eligible for refund.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be: unused, factory-sealed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and supplies. The original outer shipping box must also be in resalable condition.

Opened or Used Products

Products that have been opened, set up, used, or whose original packaging is damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, or may not be eligible for return. We evaluate opened returns case by case. If a product is defective on arrival or within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact us first — warranty service through HP is often the faster path.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@proprintmart.net with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include all accessories, attach the prepaid label to the outer shipping box (do not write on or attach the label directly to the product packaging), and drop the package off at any UPS or FedEx location.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We provide a prepaid label by email. Returns sent without an RMA number or via your own shipping account may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to post to your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Non-Refundable Items and Charges

Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded. Restocking fees, if applicable, are deducted from the refund. Bulk and special-order purchases may have separate return terms; we will disclose those terms before order acceptance.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the product, file a manufacturer warranty claim with HP, or process a full refund — whichever you prefer.
