Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
ProPrintMart is owned and operated by Silver Printer LLC. ProPrintMart offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to make the return process as straightforward as possible. All returns must meet the eligibility requirements detailed below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return so you understand the process, timelines, and any associated costs.
2. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they meet all of the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unused condition — the product must not have been installed, configured, or used beyond initial inspection
- In original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, documentation, cables, and included materials
- Not physically damaged by the customer through misuse, negligence, or accident
Items that are NOT eligible for return include:
- Opened ink or toner cartridges and other consumable supplies
- Products showing physical damage caused by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Products with removed or altered serial number labels
- Custom or special-order items as noted on the product page at the time of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Opened consumables, including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and maintenance kits, cannot be returned for hygiene and resale reasons once the sealed packaging has been opened. Downloadable software licenses are non-returnable once the license key has been delivered or activated. Products purchased under a final sale or clearance designation are non-returnable as noted on the product page at the time of purchase. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact our support team before making your purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Reach out to our support team via email at support@proprintmart.net or through our Contact page within the 30-day return window.
- Provide order details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive your RMA number: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Pack the item: Carefully repack the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the item: Ship the return package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed according to the timelines described in Section 7.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to our error — such as receiving the wrong product, a defective item, or an item that does not match its description — ProPrintMart will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for these situations.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or simply no longer needing the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as ProPrintMart is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account — this can take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your provider. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Exchanges
ProPrintMart does not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, the fastest and most efficient process is to return the original item following this return policy and place a new order for the item you need. This approach ensures accurate inventory management and the fastest possible processing of both your return and your new order.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@proprintmart.net with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage to both the product and the packaging. We will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Many products we sell include a manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period beyond our 30-day return window. After the 30-day ProPrintMart return period has expired, any claims related to product defects should be directed to the manufacturer's support team using the warranty information included with your product documentation. ProPrintMart will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims where possible by providing purchase verification and connecting you with the appropriate support channels.
10. Cancellations
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. If the unit arrives defective or damaged, follow the standard return process outlined above.support@proprintmart.net.
