ProPrintMart ships printers and scanners to customers across our delivery zones. We are committed to getting your equipment to you safely and efficiently. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order so you understand our shipping method, costs, and delivery expectations.

1. Overview

ProPrintMart is owned and operated by Silver Printer LLC. All orders placed on ProPrintMart are shipped using our standard shipping method. We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or freight shipping options. Every order is processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Method

ProPrintMart offers one shipping method for all orders: Standard Shipping. Standard shipping delivers your order within an estimated 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We do not offer expedited shipping, overnight shipping, or freight shipping at this time. All orders, regardless of size or weight, are shipped via our standard shipping method. We continually evaluate our shipping options and may add additional methods in the future.

3. Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $200.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. This threshold is calculated based on the product subtotal before tax. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order meets or exceeds the $200.00 minimum — no coupon code or special action is required on your part.

For orders with a subtotal under $200.00, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout. This flat rate applies regardless of the number of items in your order or the weight of the shipment. There is only one shipping rate: either free (for orders $200 and above) or $9.99 (for orders below $200).

Orders $200 and above ship free. Orders under $200 have a flat $9.99 shipping charge.

4. Sales Tax

All orders placed on ProPrintMart are subject to a sales tax rate of 8%. Sales tax is calculated on the product subtotal and is applied automatically at checkout. The tax amount will be clearly displayed in your order summary before you complete your purchase, so you will know the exact total before confirming your order.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on item availability and order size. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be available in your ProPrintMart account dashboard under the order history section. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking number does not appear or update within 48 hours of shipment, please contact our support team and we will investigate the status of your delivery.

7. Signature Requirements

For the security of your purchase, orders with a total value over $1,000 require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After three failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our facility. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may be subject to additional shipping charges.

8. Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to physical street addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for large equipment orders. All shipments require a valid physical address where someone can receive and accept the delivery. We do not ship internationally at this time — all orders must be shipped to a domestic address within our service area.

9. Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging your order, but transit damage can occasionally occur. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. If you discover damage to the product itself after opening, report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for items verified as damaged during transit at no additional cost to you.

10. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps. First, check with neighbors and building management to see if someone accepted the delivery on your behalf. Second, wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before the actual delivery. Third, if you still have not received your package after 24 hours, contact our support team and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. The resolution timeline for lost package claims is typically 5–10 business days after the claim is filed.

11. Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. ProPrintMart is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer at the time of checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, you must contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order to request a change. Address change requests made after your order has shipped cannot be guaranteed, and any packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Shipping in plain English

Every printer and scanner sold on this site ships from a US warehouse via standard ground carriers and arrives at your door in five to seven business days to all fifty US states and the District of Columbia. Standard ground shipping is free on every order of two hundred dollars or more, and a flat handling charge applies on smaller orders. Orders are processed within one business day; orders placed after one in the afternoon Eastern time on a weekday or any time over a weekend ship the next business day. We do not currently ship internationally, to APO and FPO addresses, or to PO boxes.

Tracking and delivery

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, the carrier-issued tracking number is added to your My Orders page automatically. You will see scan updates as the carrier processes the package on its route. If a tracking number stops updating for more than two business days, that is the right moment to email support@proprintmart.net so a US-based product specialist can open a trace ticket with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

If your printer arrives with visible carton damage, photograph the box before opening it and email the photos to support so we can file a freight-damage claim and ship a replacement at no charge. If a package is marked delivered but is not at your door, please wait twenty-four hours and check with neighbours and household members; carriers occasionally scan as delivered the night before the actual drop.
