This Shipping Policy describes how ProPrintMart processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders are processed and handed to the shipping carrier within one to two business days of payment confirmation. Larger orders, COD orders, or orders requiring address verification may take an additional business day to process. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after order placement and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is in the carrier's hands.
Standard ground shipping is free on orders of $200 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate of $9.99. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.
Standard ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the ship date within the continental US. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout for time-sensitive deliveries. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (holidays, peak shopping seasons) may extend delivery times.
We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS depending on the destination, package size, and selected service level. Larger commercial printers (over 70 lbs) may ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery. For freight orders, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
We currently ship to all addresses in the continental United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We do not ship to PO boxes for any printer or scanner over 25 lbs.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Use it to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website. Tracking updates can take 24 hours to populate after the shipping confirmation email.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional shipping charges resulting from address errors. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
If you refuse delivery or are not present to accept a delivery requiring signature, the package will be returned to us. Refused deliveries that are not the result of damage or order error may be subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee.
If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, photograph the damage and the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim. For lost packages, contact us if tracking has not updated for 5+ business days; we will work with the carrier to locate the package.
