Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: April 10, 2026

Quick summary: ProPrintMart does not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited identifiers (cookies and device IDs) with advertising and analytics partners, which California law treats as “sharing.” You can opt out at any time using any of the methods below, free of charge, with no impact on the price or quality of service you receive.

1. Your right under California law

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. ProPrintMart honors these rights for all visitors regardless of state of residence.

2. What we never do

  • We do not sell personal information for monetary value.
  • We do not share information with data brokers.
  • We do not sell or share information about anyone we know to be under sixteen years of age.

3. What we do share

We share limited online identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address, device type, pages viewed) with third-party advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under California law this constitutes “sharing” even when no money changes hands. Categories of recipients include: analytics providers, advertising networks, and remarketing platforms.

4. How to opt out

You can exercise your opt-out right using any one of the following three methods. All are free, equally effective, and take effect within fifteen business days.

Option A — Cookie consent banner

Click the small “Cookie settings” link in the page footer, then decline the “Advertising” and “Analytics” categories and save your preferences. Your browser will stop sending identifiers to those partners on this device immediately.

Option B — Email request

Send a short email to support@proprintmart.net with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out”. Include the email address you use with us if you have an account so we can apply the request to your record. We will reply to confirm within fifteen business days.

Option C — Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser session and any account it is signed into. You do not need to do anything else.

5. Verifying your request

For most opt-out requests we do not need to verify your identity, because the request is processed at the browser or email-address level. If you ask us to confirm what categories of information we have shared about you, we may ask you to confirm two pieces of information already on file (for example, an order number and the email address used to place it) before we respond.

6. Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent should email us with written authorisation that includes your full name, the email address used with our service, and a clear statement of the request. We may contact you to confirm before acting on the agent’s request.

7. Effect of opting out

Opting out only stops the “sharing” described above. We will continue to use the personal information that is strictly necessary to deliver the products and services you purchase from us, to send transactional updates such as order confirmations and shipping notifications, and to comply with our legal obligations. Your opt-out will not change the price or quality of any product or service.

8. Contact us

For questions about this opt-out process or any other privacy matter, please email support@proprintmart.net or call (575) 239-1200 Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.
